Canoga Park and West Hills are further enhanced with two regional mall, the Westfield Topanga which includes over 200 fashion forward shops and boutiques, extensive dining options and cutting edge amenities. The Fallbrook Center is a one million square foot open-air with such stores as Kohl’s, DSW, Mervyns and Burlington Coat Factory.

WE DON’T JUST SELL HOUSES
Our financing arm, Miller BRG, provides financing for qualified buyers as an integral part of the sales process. We offer rates as low as 7.5% for terms as long as ten years, on approved credit.
Many Summit residents have reestablished their credit by financing with us. Because job stability and income are the most important items considered in a financing application, your job is key. First time buyers are always welcome!
LEASING
We offer leases from one to five years, in addition to longer terms (up to fifteen years). In situations where a lease to own arrangement is called for, we have one. Our goal is to find the deal that works for you monthly, as well as long term.
We are looking to establish relationships with our tenants and always keep that goal in mind. We’re not just selling houses. We’re building a community.

Our community is served by; Capistrano Avenue Elementary, Justice Street Elementary, Nevada Avenue Elementary, Pomelo Drive Elementary and Christopher Columbus Middle School.
We are also served by El Camino Real High School.
